Jewelark Construction are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of various high-end residential builds and apartment projects. You'll work from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of high-end residential and apartment construction projects
  • Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with town planners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are met
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Come with your own local subcontractor contacts to help you effectively deliver on each project
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive environment
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate them
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications and skills that are required for this position are:

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a focus on high-end residential and apartment projects
  • A thorough understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management best practices
  • Tertiary qualified in Building & Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with architects, designers, and subcontractors
  • A problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, able to adapt to changing circumstances on-site
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • A relevant qualification in project management or construction management is highly desirable
