Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis, based in the Zenviron Newcastle office.
The role of Administration Assistant will see you reporting into the HSE Coordinator and will support our operations teams and provide a high level of customer services to our stakeholders both internal and external to our business.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Data Entry (eg, maintaining registers)
Assisting with Document Control
Providing support to the HSEQ site team
Review and maintain subcontractor
