School Scheduling & Administration - Eastern Suburbs - Permanent
Hays has partnered with a prestigious school in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs who are currently seeking an experienced scheduler. This permanent role will be coordinating various activities and serving as a central point of contact.
Your New Role
Coordination and Management of schedules, rosters and timetables
Oversee staff and schedule management, including the preparation and distribution of timetables and rosters.
Record and report staff leave to the payroll department.
Timetable Management
Develop, maintain, and publish the institution's timetable using specialised software, ensuring synchronisation with the learning management system.
Administrative Support
Organise and communicate exam and supervision schedules.
Manage internal bookings and coordinate events such as parent-teacher meetings.
Oversee the institution's laptop system and handle various reports.
Provide technical and administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed.
What You Need To Succeed
WWCC essential
Scheduling experience essential
Comfortable working on site 5 days a week (no working from home)
6.30am-2pm working hours
Must have high attention to detail and strong time management skills
