Purpose of Role: As the Trainee Rubber Liner, you will undertake a Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coating Applications (Rubber Liner).

This role involves being motivated to learn a complex trade and maintain a high level of work standard in our worldclass workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the skills through the training undertaken and assist with preparing vessels for application of linings.
• Learn all aspects of Rubber Lining applications.
• Maintain all rubber lining and company equipment in safe and working conditions.
• Work within safe work practices and adhere to all company values, policies, standards and procedures.
• Identifying records and recommending or initiating action to solve problems, relating to product and process quality
• Complete Quality, Safety and hold point documents
