Job Description

What you'll be doing
Client Relationship Management
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring
clear and consistent communication.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to discuss campaign
progress, address concerns, and align on strategy.
- Expectation Setting: Manage client expectations by clearly
communicating project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Management
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns,
ensuring they are on track and aligned with client objectives.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, content)
to ensure cohesive campaign implementation.
- Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget.
Strategy And Planning
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and refine marketing strategies based on
client goals and market trends.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using analytics
tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients,
highlighting successes and recommending adjustments as needed.
Client Retention And Growth
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce
additional services that could benefit the client’s business.
- Renewals: Work towards renewing contracts by demonstrating value
and ensuring client satisfaction.
Problem Resolution
- Issue Management: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that
arise during the campaign promptly.
- Feedback Implementation: Actively seek client feedback and implement
changes to improve service quality.
Market Knowledge
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and
best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry
developments to help clients stay ahead.
Budget Management
- Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring
optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Invoice Management: Assist with timely payments from clients and
handle any billing inquiries or disputes raised by the accounts team.
You'll need to...
- In-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.
- Proven experience in digital marketing industry.
- Background in digital account management or comprehensive project management.
- Have the technical understanding of SEO (strategy, on/off-page): track/analyze SEO performance, lead/implement technical SEO audits, research/take initiatives on new SEO practices.
- Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile optimization, pretty good with WordPress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto & okay with coding languages (CSS, PHP. HTML).
- Have understanding of other digital marketing specialties eg SEM, CRO, CRM and digital advertising
- Be a great communicator ie excellent spoken/written English
- Be well-organized ie able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, make quick decisions and set priorities.
- Have the ability to juggle among multiple accounts.
- Account Management experience in digital agency is preferred.
