Jnr Support Specialist

We are hiring a Junior Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with the setup and configuration of IT systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware components, and software applications
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A ) are a plus
