Shop Foreman

400 Chrysler currently seeking a Shop Foreman to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Shop Foreman is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Service repair shop. The Shop Foreman ensures all shop functions are carried out in a consistently safe and productive manner and OEM standards and company policies are adhered to. In addition, this person will provide technical guidance and supervision of Service Technicians, resolve problems, ensure standards are achieved and processes and efficiencies are improved when possible.

Candidates must possess:

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred
• 310S License - Minimum 5 years experience
• Previous leadership expereince
