Key Holder

- Assist the store manager and assistant store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Responsible for opening the store and ensuring everything is ready for the day.
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
- Make sure the security system and alarm systems of the store are checked regularly.
- Oversee the team members to make sure everything is in place during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:
- A good knowledge of customer service and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese would be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
