Exhaust Fitter

AB Catalytic is a vibrant and fast-paced car and light truck exhaust manufacturer located conveniently close to the highways in central Mississauga.

Overview:

We are seeking a Exhaust Fitter to join our team. As an Exhaust Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting exhaust kits together in a jig and/or fixture according to specifications. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Experience working with JIGS & FIXTURES
• Experience with various tools and equipment such as welding machines. Plasma cutters, Cold Cut saws, Band saws and Tube forming equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with packing the finished product

Qualifications:

• Proven 3 year experience as a Fitter/assembler or a similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Dependable

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
