Sales Associate…Sign sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with knowledge in the sign business on a Roland Printer..Laminating, printing stickers, decals , banners and signs to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.

This person must have knowledge of the Headshop, bongs, pipes and Hookhas. as well…We also sell Flags and Fireworks, as when not busy in the Sign department, you would help out in other areas in the store

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Sign business on a Roland printer, retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
