Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative will work directly with current and potential customers to ensure that orders and general requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. The person will maintain a strong working relationship with customers as well as sales representatives and manage all aspects of the customer orders to ensure that we are providing each account with the highest level of customer service possible. The successful candidate is required to report in-person at our Richmond Hill office from Monday to Friday.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with accounts to collect information pertaining to, and enter all, customer purchase orders
  • Coordinate with the proper internal departments to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
  • Monitor the quality of the services being provided to customer accounts to ensure it meets or even surpasses the organization’s expectations
  • Manage all account requests and general correspondence requirements (preparation of quotes, inventory inquiries, production status updates, etc.)
  • Coordinate customer art requests and subsequent approvals when needed
  • Coordinate approval of production packages when required with respective accounts and ensure the appropriate internal departments are informed
  • Maintain accurate files regarding the history of each account and the status of all outstanding orders
  • Submit order instructions to departments on a timely basis, contributing to the timely processing of the orders
  • Prepare adjustments to customer’s invoices as necessary
  • Investigate complaints and if unable to solve problem, advise Direct Report immediately
  • Follow up all calls for service and inquiries within a 4-hour window, where situations would permit
  • Duties are not limited to the above and may be revised as deemed necessary by the Direct Report from time to time

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of two years related customer service or sales experience preferably in the golf or sports
  • Strong computer, organizational & communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking & time-management skills
  • An ambitious, professional and customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and with others and thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
