Responsibilities:
-ACP Marketing is a company that specializes in international distribution of passenger railway products of leading railways from around the world. These products are distributed to various channels such as airline GDS, wholesalers’ system as well as directly to the public.

The position

Reporting to the director of IT, you are tasked with measuring, monitoring system performance and integrity. You are collaborating with customers and developers to identify flaws and weaknesses and implement solutions to address them. You participate in designing system improvements and ensure they meet operational and sustainability objectives.

Every day, you are working towards making our existing mission critical systems more resilient, more efficient, sustainable, effectively contributing to smooth, trouble free journeys for thousands of passengers.

Full time, permanent

Salary and conditions to be decided according to qualifications and experience (65K-90K/year). Group insurance program after 3 months.

Key responsibilities

· Elaborate and implement performance and problem detection methods.

· Investigate causes of malfunctions

· Assist technical support from your field of expertise.

· Validate system evolution plans from the operational perspective.

· Write formal specifications

· Assist developers in validating results

-Skills needed

· Five years of experience in a software development team, including experience in coding.

· Solid SQL knowledge.

· Computer science education.

· Good communication in English and French, spoken and written.
