As a Sales Agent at you will be responsible for promoting and selling our custom clearance and freight forwarding services to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients who require custom clearance and freight forwarding services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Present our services to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, quotations, and proposals in collaboration with the operations team.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Stay updated with industry regulations, trade policies, and compliance requirements related to custom clearance and freight forwarding.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build professional relationships.
Provide timely reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of custom clearance procedures, international trade, and logistics operations.
