Role Description

This is a contract role/part time for a Corporate Paralegal at Agahi Law Office. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for standard corporate related tasks, such as doing annual returns, drafting share purchase/sale agreements, incorporations, drafting USAs and such. The role can be either on contract basis or part time initially.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High work ethic and commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients;
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills; and,
• Ability to work independently.

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• corporate paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
