Senior Accountant

Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Accountant in the Public Accounting sector in Guelph, Ontario.

Accountabilities:

• Perform assurance engagements including notice to reader, compilations, and review engagements.
• Provide technical accounting advice to clients and colleagues.
• Assist in managing client relationships and attending client meetings as required.
• Conduct detailed analytical reviews of client financial statements and records.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in public practice with a focus on assurance services.
• CPA designation or close to completion.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and performing assurance engagements.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
