Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Moncton, NB. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:

Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch

Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions

Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation

Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities

Providing our customers with excellent customer service!
Qualifications
To join our team:

Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role

Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures

Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
