Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
- Engage with customers to promote products through effective product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products

• Skills:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Knowledge of technical sales to explain complex products effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
