Dump Truck Driver
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading goods onto trucks for transportation to various destinations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling freight, operating heavy equipment, forklift operation, commercial driving, and automotive repair.
Duties:
- Load and unload goods onto trucks following safety protocols and guidelines
- Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transportation
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues before and after loading
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading area
Skills:
- Proficiency in commercial driving techniques
- Knowledge of automotive repair for basic maintenance tasks
- Experience in handling various types of freight
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in truck loading or related field preferred
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations at all times
