We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant – Logistics/Shipping at our newly renovated head office in Coquitlam, B.C. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by effectively liaising between internal departments, clients, freight companies, and customs brokers. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who can fulfill other administrative functions to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
