Yard Worker

Under the authority of the Yard Supervisor, the Yard hand performs all duties related to receiving and shipping materials.

Job duties and responsibilities:

· Prepares orders for shipment based on deliveries to be made;

· Inspect material upon return of merchandise;

· Service and Maintain rental material;

· Organize the work area so that it is safe at all times;

· Responsible for cleaning yard and work area;

· Perform any other additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

· General knowledge of hand tools such as hammer, driver, sledgehammer, and hand saw;

· Training or experience in forklift driving, an asset;

· Excellent physical capacities.
