Job Description: Crew Member
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
