Role Overview:
As a
Sales Success Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing remote team of life insurance professionals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, Training, and Mentoring: Attract and onboard a team of motivated life insurance sales agents. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure they achieve their sales goals
- Client Engagement: Lead by example by participating in virtual client meetings, demonstrating effective sales techniques, and closing life insurance sales with both unionized benefits packages and permanent coverage options
- Team Motivation: Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration within your team. Provide support, guidance, and feedback to help each team member excel
- Digital Leadership: Leverage digital tools to manage and engage your remote team, ensuring consistent communication and efficient virtual team management

- Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and inspire a remote team of sales professionals. Experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring is preferred (1 year)
