Job Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our company and our clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients through effective communication, strategic account planning, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with our business development and project management teams to align client needs with company capabilities, drive client success, and achieve mutual business objectives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Driver’s License
Clean drivers abstract
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced hectic work environment.
Be able to complete tasks as directed with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scope, and specification documents.
Strong sales drive. Ability to cold call and grow relationships.
Sales/Account Management experience.
Related experience in the flooring industry
The desire to seek out the most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks.
Ability to work independently.
Organized and detail oriented while maintaining the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and willingness to communicate with clients in a variety of ways.
Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Represent Atmosphere Floors as main point of contact for customers opportunities, projects, or concerns.
Identify and pursue opportunities for flooring and gypsum with new and existing customers.
Create strategic action plans in the purpose of obtaining and growing existing business.
Maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
Keep accurate client records regarding current, past, and future projects and contracts.
Maintain and develop new understandings of products, suppliers, and Atmosphere Floors services to better provide solutions to client’s needs
Keep in regular communication with current client base to stay top of mind and grow relationships.
Work closely with Business Dev manager to identify opportunities with existing and new clients.
Keep in regular communication with clients during ongoing projects to help production team provide rough timelines, identify potential conflicts, and identify potential opportunities for up-sales.
Provide strategic plan to address opportunities.
Meet regularly with estimating, production, and sales teams to better understand current landscape of current business
Utilize Click-Up to keep records of existing and upcoming bids.
Perform regular follow ups to existing bids and record feedback & record in Click-Up.
Work closely with estimating to maintain knowledge of critical timelines with bids.
Maintain accurate client records and meet regularly with Business Development to provide reports.
Attend industry focused events to network and seek out new opportunities.
Attend product knowledge courses to keep up to date on material trends, products, and suppliers to better service clients’ needs.
Attend contract, SOW, and other project meetings to gain knowledge on ongoing projects.
Identify areas where pricing or performance advantages are present.
Deliver and negotiate all pricing for current clients.
