Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Construction management of multiple commercial construction projects.
- Project initiation and mobilization.
- Create project schedule and cost projections.
- Create Scope of Work and Project Tendering.
- Issue contracts to the successful Trade Contractor and Suppliers.
- Schedule bi-weekly project coordination meetings for the duration of the project.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to Site Employees, Trade Contractors, and Suppliers.
- Review change orders with client.
- Issue sub-contract change order (SCO) to Trade Contractors or Suppliers.
- Update construction budget.
- Prepare monthly project claims.
- Project closeout.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- 5 years of experience in Construction.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Degree in Engineering Technology.
- Valid drivers licence.
