Production Associate

We’re Castle Rock Farms and we have an opportunity for you to come and work at our state of the art, CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility. No matter the weather outside, it’s a great day inside at Castle Rock!

Our crew has been working hard building a great environment where the culture is teamwork, encouragement, growth and success. We now have room to add new members to our team. We are looking for:

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES

What is a Production Associate? This is a great position if you like to be involved in everything going on within the facility.

From cultivation all the way through packaging, the Production Associate is hands on. As the product goes through its stages you will be working with other team members to help get the product to the finish line. Whether you’re pruning, cutting, trimming or packaging, our associates can be a part of all of it.

Of course, being a state of the art facility also means that we are ALWAYS cleaning. To keep our plants and our crew safe, there is always something to clean.

We’ve Got You covered. To make sure nothing bad gets inside, we provide you with indoor pants and shirts so you never have to worry about what to wear to work! Don’t worry, we also provide you with all the PPE equipment you need throughout your day.

· $21.00 starting wage – raises are based on performance and are reviewed accordingly
