Park Operator

Bamberton Prov. Park job opportunity

We are now accepting applications for both day and night shifts at Bamberton Provincial Park fronting on the west side of Saanich Inlet. This is a fully-staffed campground open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Applicants will be expected to work day shifts (7:30 am/3:30 pm) or night shifts (3:30 pm/11:30 pm) and understand that weekends and stat holidays will require most staff to be working.

The position is seasonal(April-October).

Qualifications:

•Current driver's licence. A satisfactory driver's abstract will be required.

•High school or higher education. Current students may apply as well.

•Basic experience with the use of a computer is an asset.

•A criminal record check will be required and references.

Skills/Abilities:

•Customer service skills

•Problem solving and quick thinking

•Comfortable working alone and in a team

•Physically capable of manual labor
