The Strategy, Policy and Partnerships division is responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resource legislation and policy direction; strategic management of the achievement of the PSA’s transformation goals; leading and facilitating organizational effectiveness and transformational change; and leading the BCPS reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion agenda. The division also provides leadership for executive talent programs and senior leadership reviews, and corporate Provincial Employee Community Services Fund.
The Lead, Talent Initiatives provides strategic advice and direction to clients and projects as the sole corporate subject matter expert on performance development and behavioural competencies. Initiates updates to approach, process and resources and incorporates best practices into corporate performance development and behavioural competency resources and the Performance Development Platform in support of a culture of higher performance. Integrates performance development and behavioural competencies with other corporate resources and acts as a leader and integrator in linking these initiatives to other programs and initiatives.
