Annual Salary Range: Exempt Band 6, MIN $102,400.00 - MED $126,900.00 - MAX $151,500.00
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In addition, our pay philosophy is to align with the median of the comparable market and to be considerate of internal equity comparisons.

The Program Manager, Fleet Capital Projects plans and executes all aspects of the full project lifecycle of BC Transit’s vehicle asset projects. You demonstrate passion and excitement for integrating new innovative technology in achievement of BC Transit’s greenhouse gas reduction targets by delivering projects that are fully integrated, cost-effective and sustainable.
The Program Manager works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy, scope, tactics, requirements, budgets, schedules, and resources to implement projects related to fleet assets and services. You will be responsible for leading the integration of cross-functional fleet projects in the acquisition, development, and deployment of both capital assets and supporting business operations in alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. You will work with the Procurement and Contracts departments to lead, plan, develop, support, and execute public procurement activities to acquire assets and services where required.
This position has the ability to work a hybrid schedule from Victoria BC.
