Bel-Air Toyota is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our new vehicle sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and guaranteeing prompt responses to all customer inquiries. This role demands a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations Management:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership goals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure all staff are effectively using the CRM software to track customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Train and support sales staff in using CRM tools to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead and Inquiry Management:
Ensure timely and professional responses to all chat leads, internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries in the showroom.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Develop and enforce standards for communication and lead management.
Train sales staff on best practices for responding to leads and inquiries.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve their goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, CRM usage, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales management.
Excellent appraisal skills and knowledge of used vehicle market trends.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
