We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry-Level Biotechnologist to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to embark on a fulfilling career path in the field of biotechnology.
In this role, you will be working across Biotechnology and Immunology representing a successful, results-driven pharmaceutical company with a culture of collaboration and innovation. The incumbent will be responsible for strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
· Conduct biological, microbiological, biochemical tests and laboratory analyses.
· Independently design, perform and analyze assays involving in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo testing of therapeutic target development
· Participate in evaluation studies in the field which requires experience with full- and pilot-scale equipment.
· Perform Quality Assurance testing on finished products to ensure compliance regulatory agencies.
· Maintain and repair laboratory equipment as necessary.
· Prepare reagents for laboratory and use.
· Complete monthly and quarterly checklists. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
· Effective communication and discussion of data with team members and other groups will be a critical component of daily activities
· Manage R&D project activities by accurately collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting scientific data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated passion for scientific research and innovation in healthcare.
· Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
· Must be motivated and team oriented, willing to learn and grow with the company
