Responsibilities: - Perform order picking and packing using a warehouse management system - Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents - Inspect and verify quality of products before shipping - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and organize inventory - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Experience: - Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar role preferred - Familiarity with order picking, shipping receiving, and order fulfillment processes - Proficient in operating forklifts and reach trucks - Knowledge of AS400 or similar inventory management system is a plus - Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Skills: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and prioritize tasks - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Salary: $17.00-$19.39 per hour
