Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at BMW Sarnia, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience. Your role will involve guiding our clients through their journey of selecting the perfect BMW vehicle, ensuring each interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the BMW brand and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Top-Tier Luxury Experience: Deliver an exceptional and personalized experience to our valued clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the prestige of the BMW brand.
2. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend the most suitable BMW models and features.
3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for the client.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BMW vehicles, features, and technologies, and effectively communicate these to clients.
5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional after-sales support and service.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
