The Office Services Supervisor (NOC 12010) will oversee and coordinate the administrative support and office services within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role involves working directly with a wide variety of people and backgrounds, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Resource Management: Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement office procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor office expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on office operations and performance metrics.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Able to travel between Meadow Lake and Saskatoon as needed.
  • Availability: Must be able to be on call and work off hours as required.

Qualifications

  • Education: A related degree or a combination of experience and training.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in office administration or a supervisory role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish is required.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Experience with Marginalized Communities: Extensive experience working with marginalized peoples, including people with disabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.10-$34.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
