Why CarInspect?

CarInspect is a fast-growing startup based in Montreal, specializing in automotive inspections. Launched in 2022, our mission is to help people confidently purchase used cars while avoiding bad deals. Our platform is a SaaS solution that connects inspection requesters (our customers) with service providers (inspectors) across Canada, making us the Uber of car inspections.

With a target of tripling our revenue each year, we need the best team to achieve this ambitious goal in an industry ready for change.

What You’ll Do?

You will assist Meryl, our Head of Customer Success, with the following key responsibilities:

• Ensure our clients are satisfied with their inspection process.
• Convert leads into clients.
• Gather feedback and reviews from customers.
• Recruit inspectors to build the largest network of car inspectors in North America!
• Other missions as needed.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Is not shy to talk to customers on the phone daily.
• Is dynamic, optimistic, and exudes positive energy.
• Is proactive and has common sense.
• Is organized and attentive to detail.
• Is a good communicator and reliable.
• Is simple: brings solutions, not problems and fuss.
• Is agile and adapts quickly to new tasks.
• Is bilingual - English (5/5) and French (at least 3/5).
• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree with at least two years of professional experience.
• Is available full-time and willing to start as soon as possible.
• Can come to our Montreal office at least three days per week.
