The Used Vehicle Support Clerk's Assistant position requires the following:
Full G License with clean driver’s abstract
1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment
A good attitude, friendly disposition, willingness to learn
Familiarity with computers to include Excel spreadsheets, word, Google Sheets, etc.
The ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The ability to complete job tasks with accuracy
The ability to communicate and work with others in a team environment
Previous vehicle experience an asset
Photography experience an asset
This position is a full-time position with benefits. Compensation in the way of a salary to be determined based on experience.

Complete check in process for landed trades and purchases (Outdoor work in all weather)
Arrange appointments for work needed on fresh inventory
Issue Purchase Orders from the accounting system
Coordinating with other staff to ensure cars are quickly added to the website
Organize the Driver Team to move vehicles between our dealerships
Picture newly landed cars for the Website
Upload pictures to the Website
Assist with the weekly lot audit (Outdoor work in all weather)
Assist with Vehicle pricing
Organize BOS from the Auctions for Accounting
