Summary:
The Client Support role provides clerical and administrative support to the agency including greeting clients, accepting payments, answering and placing phone calls. Use existing systems to complete daily work activities as required and provide support to agency staff within the office environment. As well as can complete home and automobile insurance changes.
Roles and responsibilities:
voicemail
photocopying, incoming/outgoing mail, courier service, order/purchase supplies and
other support as required
· Complete automobile and home insurance changes for clients
Physical:
· Office Hours - Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
Qualifications and Skills:

proficiency with Microsoft Office
