The Administrative Assistant – Fitness, Sports and Recreation assists with the organization of administration support for the Fitness, Sports and Recreation (FS&R) facility. You key in, edit, proofread and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations or other documents. You provide reception services and general information to clients. The Administrative Assistant – Fitness, Sports and Recreation receive, secure, and deposit cash. You perform bookkeeping tasks such as preparing and tracking invoices, bank deposits, and processes public accounts.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some experience or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
