This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

- Experience in End User Services and Contact Center Management. Experience in Amazon Connect, Service Now is required.
- Exceptional client management and people management skills.
