There is nothing better than the smell of baking bread. In Churis Bread we believe that bread must be fresh, made by hand, just like our grandmothers did. Our products are made every day from scratch without any preservatives or unknown ingredients.

What You Do
- Set-up and preparation of mixing area
- Follow the set production sheet
- Scaling ingredients and scale operation according to the recipe sheets
- Ensuring correct ingredients are used for each batch.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes
- Keep the raw material stock control and inform the necessity of replenishment
- Keep the equipment cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
You Are/Have:
- Work ethic
- Optimistic, have a positive attitude, and is solution oriented
- Excited about a true startup culture - fast paced, challenging, and fun
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
- A flexible work schedule, and able to start 4:00 am
- Follow the security guidelines
Experience/Education
- 1 years of experience as a bakery
- Education in Pastries / Bakery is a plus
- Basic math skills in order to understand weights and measurements
- Detail oriented
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask
Conditions
- To be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift
- Pushing, pulling or bending frequently
- Lifting up to 50lbs

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
