  • Liaise with the Project Directors and Executive Directors to constructively Estimate work (new or changes) for the execution of the scope.
  • Act as the decision-making authority for budget conflicts between individual scopes of work (Project Directors).
  • Establish, oversee, and maintain a comprehensive Earned Value Management program for the Project.
  • Establish, oversee and maintain Cost Controls reporting including EVM, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Establish, oversee, and maintain Estimating and Cost Controls participation in the Change Control procedure.
  • Establish and lead integrated efforts to design, implement and execute integrated end-to-end Project Controls workflow processes for the entire Project.

  • Previous experience leading cost controls for a large, complex, high-profile, multi-partnered construction project, as well as experience associated with reporting to a City Council or Board.
  • Knowledge of and experience in large public works projects, with direct experience in rail and light rail transit related project works.
