Order Picker

Overview: We are seeking an Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking and packing items for shipment in a warehouse setting. Duties: - Efficiently pick orders from inventory based on provided pick tickets - Safely load and unload items using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or cranes - Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders - Assist in shipping and receiving tasks as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse - Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines Skills: - Prior experience in order picking and warehouse distribution preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day - Proficiency in using forklifts, cranes, or other mechanical equipment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment - Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures This position offers opportunities for growth within the warehouse distribution industry. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (preferred)
