Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your main duties will include food preparation, cash handling, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Food Handlers Certificate required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
