WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate employee to join our team as an E-Commerce Manager.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you'll oversee e-commerce operations, including sales, website design and development, content creation, customer service, and online marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing all of our E-Commerce platforms and staying ahead of industry trends. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with various roles to align content efforts with our business goals. If you're passionate about driving digital growth, this role is for you.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Manage the websites, marketing campaigns, and work with vendors to ensure products are delivered promptly.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to grow sales and leads.
- Lead keyword audit and optimization across all channels.
- Optimize product listings, landing pages, engagement pages and sales channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute all e-commerce retail promotions.
- Explore, research, and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on key business metrics (SEO, advertising results) and site performance.
- Work with consumer care and customer service to resolve issues.
- Assist in maintain, inventory and order products as needed.
- Communicate across functions when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
THE PERFECT FIT:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, engineering, technology management, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
- Demonstrable track record of implementing strategies to increase online sales.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of improving SEO rankings and PPC performance.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google merchant Center, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to hit timeline goals.
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
- Photoshop, Canva, and any other design tools are a bonus.
