Job Description: We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team and work closely with our carpenters. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. You will be responsible for various tasks that support our carpentry team and contribute to the overall quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters with the setup and preparation of construction sites.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Measure and cut materials according to carpentry specifications.
Help with the assembly and installation of wooden structures and fixtures.
Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Collaborate with the carpentry team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans (preferred).
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient Driving Skills.
Experience driving with a trailer is a nice to have.
Commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety regulations.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters.
