Hiring: Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor
We Are Recruiting a Service Advisor for our Coastal Ford Burnaby Location
Exceptional Opportunity:
Coastal Ford Burnabyrequires a results oriented_ Service Advisor _to join our quality team. This is a full time, union position located in Burnaby, BC.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Service Advisor II position.
Principal Duties:
- Manages customer requests for maintenance and repairs;
- Provides excellent customer service;
- Writes repair orders;
- Communicates with customers about the status of work;
- Collects payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments;
- Sells additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate.

Position Requirements (minimum experience):
- Previous experience in automotive service environment preferred;
- General knowledge of parts and basic automotive repair procedures preferred;
- Previous PBS and / or Ford experience considered an asset;
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required;
- Intermediate computer skills required;
- Excellent phone manner required;
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
