Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing and executing memorable events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and hospitality skills.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and social functions
- Coordinate with vendors (staffing, rentals), and other event professionals to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate event details clearly to all stakeholders involved
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and cleanup to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination role, specializing in catering
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
