General Description:

A Key Holder is responsible for assisting Management in the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating staff, opening and closing the store, and overseeing that the operations for the shift run smoothly.

The main objective of the Key Holder is to be the eyes and ears for Management during regular operating hours. This role was created as an extension of the Manager and Assistant Manager so that there is a level of responsibility present at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for store keys and general security passcode

 Supervising special orders for accuracy

 Keeping an eye on inventory and alerting Management if materials are required

 Accepting supplier orders

 Ensuring prep/orders are completed and the bins are signed off

 Escalate staff issues or complaints to the Managers

 Complete daily logs that summarizes day

 Troubleshoot technical issues if no Manager is present

 Counting cash for float and sales

 Following delivery app protocols

Knowledge:

 High School diploma preferred

 Food Industry experience, previous Key Holder experience preferred

 Valid Food Handler Certification

 Exceptional customer service experience

 Familiarity with food delivery apps (ie. Uber, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes) a bonus

 Starting Salary: $18.50/hr with a probationary period of 3 months, $19/hr when probationary period is complete

 Weekend shifts are required

 Must be able to work a balance of open/close shifts

o Earliest Shift Start Time (estimate, not confirmed): 8am

o Latest End Time (estimate, not confirmed): 8pm

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
