Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues, ensuring resolution in a professional and empathetic manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information.
Follow-Up: Ensure customer follow-up after inquiries to confirm satisfaction and resolution.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Product Teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving service and operations.
