Creative Children is one of the largest distributors of art & educaitonal materials in Western Canada, supplying daycares, public & private schools. We have a close-knit team of dedicated staff that has made us the success we are today.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

1. Scanning client purchases & payment processing at retail level

2. Web order reviews and fulfillment processing

3. Respond to inbound/outbound calls regarding order status, product availability and general information

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution at each contact

5. Reconciling end of day cash & credit cards

6. Merchandising

7. General administrative & clerical duties

Skills:

1. Cashier – accurate product scanning, cash & credit card processing

Minimum 2 years experience as a Cashier

2. Accuracy & attention detail are critical to this position

3. Exceptional customer service

4. Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

Personal Attributes:

1. Loves working with people in a retail environment

2. Team player

3. Highly detailed oriented and ability to multi-task

4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
