Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students and choreographing 1 dance per class for our year end show. You will play a crucial role in helping students develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the level
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Experience:
- Previous experience as a jazz & tap Instructor or Teacher
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
